Please be our guest at Westpack February 9-11

Cosmos and Kabar, the leading manufacturers of RF Sealing Equipment and Tooling, will be demonstrating their patented PLC Controlled 10KW Welder at this year's Westpack. This powerful equipment seals thermoformed blisters made from PVC, PETG, RPET, and APET. It can also seal blister-to-board and the new blister trapped-between-board packages with no modifications. The machinery seals these new blister package designs faster than a conventional heated system while using less energy, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

Configurations are offered for small to medium production runs, where fast change-over and flexibility are important. We also provide fully automated systems for higher volumes.

Our in-house RF tool manufacturing facility offers both individual die sets for existing equipment and full turnkey machine and tooling solutions to meet any customers' needs.
