This powerful equipment seals thermoformed blisters made from PVC, PETG, RPET, and APET. It can also seal blister-to-board and the new blister trapped-between-board packages with no modifications. The machinery seals these new blister package designs faster than a conventional heated system while using less energy, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

Cosmos and Kabar will be exhibiting a 20 KW RF Track Machine with patented Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and exclusive two wheel drive system at this year's IFAI Expo. With a 20 KW output power standard, the equipment gives the durability needed for continuous welding in production. The PLC ensures that the manufacturing process has a high degree of repeatablility. This equipment is built for flexibile, trouble-free operations. Fully or semi automated systems are also available for situations of higher volumes or reduced labor.
