Cosmos Electronic Machine Corporation, founded in 1945, along with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Kabar Manufacturing Corporation and D&L Die Corporation is the largest manufacturer and supplier of industiral radio frequency (rf) heat sealing equipment and parts in the United States.

In order to provide solutions to your manufacturing challenges, we offer a wide range of standard equipment configurations including shuttles, turntables, indexers and H frames. These are completely customized for each application. We also offer semi or fully automated systems to help your company meet it’s particular manufacturing needs.

All engineering is performed on site utilizing the latest technologies in computer aided design (CAD) and 3-D solid modeling. This gives us the unique ability to maintain the highest quality standards while providing cost effective solutions to meet your production requirements. Our sales and engineering staff continually strive to develop new innovative options designed specifically to meet your needs. Our engineering, production and service departments work as a team to ensure continuity from the initial design concept to final installation on your production floor. Our goal is to provide equipment that offers increased productivity, lower operating costs, and consistent product quality, whether your business needs a new rf welding machine or an entire rf sealing production system.

Our service department provides both telephone and on-site support. In addition, we have sales and service representatives strategically located for customers that are outside the local area. All parts for the equipment are available from stock and in the near future will be available for online purchase.

We have a dedicated parts and service team on site. Additionally, our sales representatives provide industrial rf sealing equipment and rf welding machine installation and service throughout the United States and overseas.
